We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are issued as store credit only, and refunds to the original payment method are not available.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, items that are white, swimwear, or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

To begin the return process, contact us at piapiaboutique1@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on where to send the item. Returns should be sent to the following address: PO Box 1472, Yauco, Puerto Rico 00698, United States

Please ensure you contact us before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you are shipping from outside the United States, please note that international shipping times may vary.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately. We will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
